 ooh la la! Return Policy

  • We will gladly accept merchandise returns with original purchase receipt within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Sorry, no refunds.
  • Items must be in original condition with original store tags attached.  We reserve the right to deny any exchange based on the condition of merchandise (ie smoke or perfume smell, obvious wear) or customers’ return history.
  • Store credits are good for 90 days from date of original purchase.
  • All reduced price sale items are final sale as is, no exchanges, credits or refunds.

ooh la la! Special Order Policy

  • Special orders from the manufacturer require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.  Payment in full is due at time of receipt.
  • No exchanges or returns allowed on special order items.
  • Coupons and other discount offers do not apply to special order items.
  • Special orders are not subject to sale prices, even if the same in-stock merchandise goes on sale at the store.

ooh la la! Shipping Policy

  • Unless otherwise negotiated during the transaction, all shipping and handling charges will be at the customers’ expense.
  • We ship all phone and email orders via USPS Priority Mail with signature required.  USPS provides a tracking number for all shipments.
  • Upon customer request (and at the customers’ expense), we will ship overnight and/or add insurance.  We do not add these without the customers’ specific request.
  • Upon customer request (and at the customers’ expense), we will ship using another carrier.

ooh la la! “On Approval” Policy

  • Under certain circumstances, we may offer an “On Approval” purchase.
  • “On Approval” purchases allow the customer to take an item or items home for evaluation before committing to pay for them.
  • We require the customer to give us their personal and credit card information during the evaluation period.
  • The “On Approval” evaluation should occur in a timely manner, typically within 48 hours.  If we do not hear from the customer regarding their purchase in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge their credit card in full for all items under evaluation.  The purchase is then subject to our return policy, as outlined above.
  • If the “On Approval” purchase is shipped (the customer has placed a phone or email order), the evaluation period will be extended to 7-10 days.  If we do not hear from the customer regarding their purchase in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge their credit card in full for all items under evaluation.  The purchase is then subject to our return policy, as outlined above.  The customer is resposible for all shipping charges, both from and back to ooh la la!
