"I must share my happy place with you all -
ooh la la in downtown historic Grapevine, is my go to place for the cutest clothes and jewelry, bags and fun fun ladies. Don’t miss out on this gem."

"I’m pleased to report having a wonderful experience. I struggled using a gift card online so I both called and emailed. Owner Sylvia responded to each quickly. We had some difficulties that she was able to resolve in a timely fashion. She truly went above and beyond to take care of my out-of-state problem. The customer service I received was impressive, personal, and over-the-top. I highly recommend this store and owner."

"Ooh La La quickly responded to me when I inquired about how quickly an item would ship I needed for a party. They were kind and responsive, helped consult about sizing, shipped my item quickly to me and followed up to make sure I got it. Over the top!! Will definitely shop again"
