Refund policy
Returns & Refunds:
- Returns on unworn, unwashed, fragrance free items with tags still attached are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.
- Returns within 10 days of receipt will be refunded in the manner of original purchase.
- Returns within 30 days of receipt, but after the initial 10 days, will receive store credit only.
- PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HOLIDAY ITEMS (i.e. Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.)
- Returns at management discretion.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Special Order Policy:
- Special orders from the manufacturer require payment in full
- No exchanges or returns allowed on special order items.
- Coupons and other discount offers do not apply to special order items.
- Special orders are not subject to sale prices, even if the same in-stock merchandise goes on sale at the store.
